Hall Rewards (the "Program") is a loyalty program offered by Hall Automotive dealerships. We take the privacy of our Members seriously, and this Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you enroll in and participate in Hall Rewards, how we use and safeguard that information, and the choices available to you. We make every reasonable effort to avoid collecting information that is excessive or irrelevant to operating the Program.
When you enroll in Hall Rewards, we collect the following information:
We use your personal information to administer your Hall Rewards account, track the Points and/or Credits you earn, and present offers, promotions, and challenges we believe may be relevant to you. We do not collect credit card information as part of the Program.
When you send us an e-mail, we retain the content of the e-mail, your e-mail address, our response, and the text of any follow-up correspondence. We use this information to measure how effectively we address Member concerns.
When you visit a Hall Rewards Web site, we may gather non-personally identifiable information regarding how you access the site, such as your browser type and version, internet service provider, IP address, and any search engine used to locate the site. We use this information to diagnose server problems, administer the site, and compile aggregate statistics. We also gather navigational information about where Members go on our sites, which helps us tailor the sites to Member needs and interests. This information is gathered in the aggregate and is not associated with a specific individual without that individual's consent.
Hall Rewards uses industry-standard encryption technology and takes reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial measures — such as storing data in protected databases on secured servers with restricted access — to safeguard your personal information, including your name, address, and phone number, as it travels over the Internet.
We use the information you provide when you enroll in Hall Rewards to keep track of the Points/Credits you earn and to present relevant offers. We will also, from time to time, keep you informed of Hall special deals and other information we believe may be of interest to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade individual Member names or other private profile information to third parties, other than as described below, and never without your consent except as permitted or required by law.
Business Partners: Hall Rewards may partner with other companies to provide expanded services to Members. As part of such relationships, we may share the use of certain interactive functions (for example, vehicle trade appraisal tools). Information you provide through these functions may be available to both Hall and our partners.
Agents: We may use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as administering e-mails and running special promotions. These parties only have access to the personal information needed to perform their function and may not use or store it for any other purpose.
Business Transfers: If Hall or a Hall dealership sells or transfers a portion of its business assets, Member information may be one of the assets transferred as part of that transaction.
Compliance with Law/Safety: We may disclose personal information based on a good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with the law, or to protect Members, our Web sites, or the public.
With Consent: Other than as described in this Privacy Policy, you will be notified when your personally identifiable information may be shared with a third party, and you will be given the opportunity to decline.
Hall Rewards Web sites may use "cookies" — small files placed on your device that help us provide a customized browsing experience, such as not having to re-enter information during a visit. Most browsers let you block or be notified of new cookies through their "help" settings; if you disable cookies, some site features may not function correctly.
Our sites also use pixel technology to understand how Members engage with our Web sites, including for analytics (measuring page visits and site performance), personalization (delivering content relevant to your interests), and marketing and remarketing (measuring campaign effectiveness and serving targeted ads to prior visitors).
Our sites may also use session replay technology, which records interactions such as mouse movements, clicks, and keystrokes, to help us optimize the user experience, detect and troubleshoot errors, and analyze site performance.
As a Member, you have the option to receive updates from Hall Rewards about special offers, new Hall services, and noteworthy news; you will begin receiving these communications upon activating your account. You may opt out of future communications at any time by updating your online profile, by e-mailing Hall Rewards at hallrewardshelp@mileone.com.
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to Web sites that you do not want to be tracked. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals on our Web sites or on sites where we provide advertisements, content, or other services.
